- January 31 – Forms 1095-B and 1095-C Furnish to Employees Deadline
- January 31 – Quarterly Forms 720 and 941 Due
- January 31 – Annual Form 940 Due (if quarterly FUTA taxes were not paid when due)
FEBRUARY
- Black History Month
