Employee First & Last Name Added to Each Line on the Change Report (Broker and Service Team Report)

At BerniePortal, we know how crucial it is to ensure the right parties are notified of any new hires, terminations, demographic changes, qualifying events, etc. To easily notify carriers of these changes in a timely manner, BerniePortal makes it easy to pull a change report by specifying the employer, date ranges, and change types. 

We recently added employee first and last names to each line on the change report to improve the report's readability, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This new update will give brokers peace of mind.

Cloning Onboarding Checklists

Onboarding plays a crucial role in retention. BerniePortal’s Onboarding Feature allows organizations to streamline their processes efficiently and spend more time getting to know the new hire. Continuing our efforts to simplify, we added the ability to clone Onboarding Checklists, making it easier for employers to create checklists for each role within their organization.
